Please check that you enter the correct delivery address. We cannot be held accountable for parcels that go missing when an incorrect or incomplete delivery address is given with the order. In such circumstances the parcel will usually find its way back to us, at which point we can refund the cost of the item(s). If the parcel does not come back to us we can try to submit a claim with Royal Mail and if successful, will refund.
In the case of a mistaken or faulty product:
Items can be returned to us and once the fault is verified, the customer shall be offered a full refund including for costs incurred posting the item back to us. Please contact us, describing the problem and we’ll address it as quickly as possible.
In the case of an item mistakenly ordered, not wanted, or in the wrong size:
Items can be returned to us so long as it is unused, unworn and undamaged. Once we receive the item we can issue a refund for the cost of the item only. Please contact us and we’ll be glad to help.
