Simply browse our product range and add the items you’d like to buy to your shopping cart. To view your cart at any time simply click the ‘Your Bag' button at the top of the page.

Once your order is complete, click on the ‘Your Bag' button and proceed to checkout. You will then be asked for a few details that we need to complete the order. If you have a saved account this process will be faster.

Payment for the order will be taken in full. We accept credit/debit card payment via our SECURE and ENCRYPTED shopping cart system.

Back Orders

Though our stock management system should largely prevent this, should an item from your order not be in stock we will contact you by email and let you know when it will be restocked. You will be offered the option to be refunded.


All prices, offers and descriptions are subject to change, availability and our conditions of sale. Your access and use of this Website constitutes irrefutable evidence of your consent to be bound by the terms and conditions described.

Shipping And Handling

All shipping prices are set according to Royal Mail’s current prices. Our shipping calculator can be viewed in the shopping cart with standard and recorded shipping methods available.

In the unlikely event of packages lost in the post please contact us so that we can investigate. We will always obtain a proof of posting receipt but cannot replace the missing item until a claim with Royal Mail has been successful.

Please check that you enter a correct and complete delivery address when placing your order; We can’t be held responsible for items returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address. Any items returned to us due to an incorrect address or due to being unclaimed can be reshipped at buyer's cost.

Unfortunately we cannot predict or take responsibility for customs fees levied by the authorities of the destination country. Any items returned to us due to unpaid customs can either be refunded (item(s) cost only), or reshipped at buyer's cost.

Delivery Schedule

We process orders twice per week. You will be sent correspondence, usually by email, to confirm your order has been processed. We then aim to ship your order within 7 days of this confirmation.


Should you place an order, but then decide that for whatever reason you no longer want the item(s) then you have the right to cancel your order and request a full refund.

If the goods have already shipped before the order is cancelled then you will be required to pay the return shipping cost of the item(s) before we can issue the refund as per our 14 day right-to-return policy. We will not issue a refund until we receive all goods that are to be refunded.
